EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Conditions and procedure for exchanges:
A Correto Desafio, Lda accepts exchanges of the purchased products within 14 days. To request your exchange please send an e-mail to geral@windridershop.com.
- as soon as we receive your e-mail, we will confirm its reception, as well as the procedure you should follow.
A Correto Desafio, Lda reserves the right to refuse exchanges out of the established date or items that are not in the same condition as they were purchased.
- after requesting an exchange, the item should be directed to the indicated address and according the instructions given via e-mail (shipping/reshipping costs are in charge of the customer).
- the product must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, without being opened or used and:
      •    With the original tags;
      •    Followed by the invoice;
      •    Without any sign of use, odor* or damages;
      •    Without being washed whatsoever or modified by the client, such as adjustments, hems, seams, etc.
- for us to deliver on the period set for exchanges, the customer must communicate before the corresponding deadline (14 days). In case the product arrives after the stipulated date, it will be refused or returned to the customer after the payment of shipping costs.
- after reception of the product, the confer of the exchange maybe take up to 5 working days.


Please be careful by analyzing the items before sending them to be exchanged. Our analysis is extremely rigorous and if the item is not intact, the exchange will be made. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer against shipping payment.
Products received by the exchange department with previous notice and exchange authorization will be automatically returned to the sender in the same conditions or returned to customer against shipping payment.


After receiving the product, it will be analyzed and a coupon with the same value is emitted which is sent to the customer via e-mail; in alternative, the value can be sent by bank transfer.
Please note that possible subsequent exchanges of purchased products with coupons will always be made by coupon.
When exchanging items on promotion, the value of the coupon will be the amount paid by the customer, on the date of purchase of the item. If the subsequent exchange and application of the coupon occurs outside the promotion campaign, the customer will have to pay the remaining amount.


Conditions and procedure for returns:
The customer has the right to return their products by withdrawal, defect or non-conformity ((DL n.º 24/2014, February 1st).
- to request your return please send an e-mail to geral@windridershop.com.
- as soon as we receive your e-mail, we will confirm its reception, as well as the procedure you should follow.
- after requesting a return, the item should be directed to the indicated address and according the instructions given via e-mail (shipping/reshipping costs are in charge of the customer).

 

The customer has 14 days to proceed to the return and the products will only be accepted if:
      •    The packaging is intact, not opened or used;
      •    With the original tags;
      •    Followed by the invoice;
      •    Without any sign of use, odor* or damages;
      •    Without being washed whatsoever or modified by the client, such as adjustments, hems, seams, etc.
If any of these conditions are not met the return will be refused (as well as the refund).
The postage and method of sending the return item to A Correto Desafio, Lda are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The refund process will only start after receiving and checking the product conditions.

 

A Correto Desafio, Lda reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were purchased.
On the website www.windridershop.com, products are available as accurately as possible. We alert to the fact that some mobile devices, computers, and tablets, can change the tones and colors, depending on their quality, and mislead the actual colors presented. A Correto Desafio, Lda is not responsible for the devices used by the customer when visiting our website.

Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase A Correto Desafio, Lda reserves the right to cancel any order, even if it has already been confirmed, in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
     •   The product is no longer available (payments will be returned);
     •   The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
     •   The order is signaled by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
     •   Payment is not received within 3 calendar days after the order is accepted.
